These Terms of Service govern your use of inclaw, including the website, tools, generated outputs, premium request flow, and related content made available through inclaw.me and any associated subdomains or deployed environments. By accessing or using inclaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

inclaw provides a collection of free and premium-request AI-powered tools for everyday drafting, planning, and productivity tasks. The website is designed for Indian users and includes career tools, writing tools, finance calculators, business helpers, legal support tools, productivity tools, and utility tools. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, remove, improve, pause, or discontinue any tool, feature, route, or output format at any time, with or without notice.

Although many tools are free to use, inclaw does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any decision of legal, financial, professional, or personal importance. AI systems can make mistakes, omit important details, misunderstand prompts, or produce outdated or incorrect information. You are solely responsible for reviewing every output before acting on it, sharing it, filing it, printing it, or relying on it in any real world context.

Legal, finance, and compliance sensitive tools require special caution. Outputs from the Legal Document Generator, Legal Notice Explainer, Complaint Letter Writer, and similar tools are drafts and plain-language references only. They are not legal advice, they do not create an advocate-client relationship, and they are not a substitute for a licensed lawyer, chartered accountant, tax professional, company secretary, compliance advisor, or other qualified expert. If your situation involves litigation, police complaints, contracts, taxation, debt recovery, property disputes, employment disputes, or any issue where legal rights or financial liability may be affected, you should seek advice from a qualified professional.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation, using inclaw to generate unlawful material, impersonate another person, harass or defame others, submit confidential data without proper authority, exploit security vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive traffic, or use the platform in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe a user is abusing the service, creating operational risk, or violating these Terms.

If you choose to request a premium plan, you understand that premium activation is not automatic. inclaw may use phone verification, Supabase-backed account records, UPI payment request handling, and manual review by the Inclaw team before a premium plan is approved. Submission of a premium request does not guarantee approval or uninterrupted paid access. We reserve the right to reject, delay, or discontinue premium access where verification, payment, fraud, abuse prevention, policy, or operational concerns arise.

All content on inclaw, including site design, branding, software, copy, and compiled tool experiences, is protected by applicable intellectual property law unless otherwise stated. You may use outputs you generate for your own personal or business purposes, subject to the limitations of these Terms and any applicable law. However, you may not copy, resell, scrape, mirror, or republish the platform itself, or use automated means to extract substantial portions of the site without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inclaw and its operators disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from your use of the service, inability to use the service, reliance on generated outputs, or actions taken based on those outputs. This includes losses related to documentation errors, rejected applications, missed deadlines, tax estimates, legal misunderstandings, hiring outcomes, financial decisions, consumer complaints, or data entered into the tools. If any liability is imposed notwithstanding this disclaimer, it shall be limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to inclaw, these Terms, or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use inclaw after revised Terms are posted, you agree to the updated version. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
